I would like to call this my 5 week MASTERY program! Postural Shift and Dynamic Breathing are designed to fit perfectly together. Enjoy the regularity of a morning practice 6 days a week plus 2 lesson Q&A sessions to go deeper with theory, anatomy and get all your questions answered.

Morning practices Monday - Saturday 8-8:45am

Lesson/Q&A sessions Wednesday and Thursday 4-5pm
